Dual anti-corrosion system

PPGI: 85-150g/m² galvanized layer + 5μm epoxy resin primer + 20μm polyester topcoat, salt spray test over 2000 hours

PPGL: 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating, corrosion resistance is 3 times that of galvanizing, suitable for seaside/industrial areas

Precise mechanical grading

DX51D: yield strength ≥245MPa, elongation ≥26%, suitable for conventional roof panels

DX52D: yield strength ≥275MPa, elongation ≥24%, suitable for large-span structures

DX53D: yield strength ≥300MPa, elongation ≥22%, meet the needs of heavy-duty rolling shutter doors

Intelligent coating process

Japan ABB robot electrostatic coating, film thickness uniformity error <3%
